Send plan PDFs or common drawing exports such as PNG, JPG, TIFF, DWG, or DXF. Include the sheets needed to understand the work: floor plans, elevations, and relevant details. Marked-up sets and addenda help when they exist.
What does “up to 5,000 sq. ft.” mean?
The $199 launch price applies to projects whose reported building or renovation area is 5,000 square feet or less. If the project is larger, submit it anyway or email pd@metior.pro for custom pricing — we do not publish another promotional rate here.

What happens if my project is over 5,000 sq. ft.?
