Terms

1. Acceptance

By accessing METIOR PRO, requesting a demo, creating an account, or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the service for a company, you represent that you are authorized to bind that company.

2. Service

METIOR PRO provides construction estimating, quoting, invoicing, project record, and job-cost workflow tools. The service supports business decisions but does not replace professional estimating, accounting, tax, legal, engineering, or construction judgment.

3. Customer Content

You keep ownership of project files, estimates, client records, drawings, and other content you upload. You grant METIOR PRO the limited rights needed to host, process, secure, display, back up, and support that content.

4. Accounts and Responsibilities

  • Keep login credentials secure.
  • Use the service only for lawful business purposes.
  • Verify estimates, quote language, taxes, assumptions, and invoices before sending them externally.
  • Do not upload content you do not have permission to use.

5. Availability and Changes

We aim to provide a reliable service but may update, suspend, maintain, or change features. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by internet providers, third-party services, force majeure events, or customer systems.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, METIOR PRO is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages. Any aggregate liability is limited to amounts paid for the service during the period allowed by applicable law or the governing agreement.
