- Security review during onboarding, support, and incident handling.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for managing authorized users, protecting passwords, reviewing account access, downloading records when needed, and confirming that project data uploaded to METIOR PRO may lawfully be stored and processed.
Incident Response
If we become aware of a security incident affecting personal information, we will assess the incident and provide notices required by applicable law and contractual commitments.
